To streamline your onboarding process with Pugpig, please provide the following information and assets. This will ensure a smooth setup and timely delivery of your application. If you have any questions or need assistance with any of the steps, please contact your Pugpig Customer Success Manager.

              1. App Store Access

For detailed instructions on granting access, please refer to our App Store Access documentation.

              2. App Store Keys and Security

For guidance on generating and sharing the necessary keys, please consult our App Store Keys and Security guide.

              3. Firebase & Google Analytics

              Firebase:

In the Users and permissions section of Project settings, add analytics@kaldorgroup.com as a Firebase Admin.

Firebase is used out of the box to handle crash reporting, sending data to GA, as well as push notifications and in-app messaging.

              Google Analytics:

Under Admin > Property > User Management add analytics@kaldorgroup.com with Administrator access.

For further details, see our GA4 set-up guide.

              4. Brand Guidelines & Assets

To help us get the first version of your app together, we'll need a few things to make it look like the real deal:

              • App Name: Please confirm how you want the app name to appear in the stores and on a user's home screen.
              • App Icon: A 1024px square png - usually your logo on a background.
              • App Logo: This will appear in the toolbar within the app. It should be a high resolution png, with a transparent background.
              • Brand Colors: At a minimum we can work from 3 main colours in a hexadecimal format (e.g #FF0000, #FFFFFF, #0000FF for a red, white and blue theme).
              • Brand Fonts: You will need to send us the .ttf or .otf font file for your brand fonts. It is also helpful if you have a guide for how you want these used - header, main body, subtitles etc. Please also provide digital font licenses.
              • Android Push Icon: 96px x 96px single colour and transparent .png format.

              5. Custom Vanity Domain

By implementing a custom vanity domain, you enhance your brand's digital presence, ensuring a seamless and professional experience for your audience.

For guidance on setting up your app's vanity domain, please see our custom vanity domain documentation.
