How to remove your App from sale on App Store Connect

Log in to yourApp store connect at https://appstoreconnect.apple.com/login
Select the app you want to remove from sale and click on it's app's name.
Go to the "Pricing and Availability" section under ‘Monetization’.
Scroll down to the "App Availability" section
Click on "Manage" and the Manage availability
Select None from the Country or Region Availability pop up and hit next and confirm

Once done it can take up to 24 hours for the app to be removed from stores for new users

Sign in to Google Play Console: Log in to the Google Play Console with your developer account.
Select the App: From the dashboard, select the app you want to remove from sale.
Check if ‘Managed Publication is set to 'off'. To do this, you will need to navigate to ‘Publishing Overview’ and on the right hand side click on ‘Turn off managed publishing’ and then follow steps
Go to Release > Setup > Advanced settings
Select Unpublish on the App Availability tab
Save Changes: Click "Save" to confirm the changes.
