In July 2023, Google announced verification requirements for anyone creating new Play Console developer accounts — to boost trust and transparency on Google Play, and to ensure that developers comply with the updated Play Console requirements policy.
They are now rolling out these verification requirements to all existing Google Play developers, who created their Play Console account before these changes were announced.
Users in your developer account will receive an email letting you know that the verification window is open. A panel will also appear prominently within Google Play Console with a button to start the process.
Developer profiles and apps will be removed from Google Play if not verified by the deadline.
You would have had the opportunity to select a deadline, or have one assigned to you. This varies by account, and you may have the option to request an extension in the Play Console.

If you have any questions or issues, you will have to contact Google directly using the options within the Google Play Console or via the links in their documentation.
