What is Hyvor?

Hyvor is a digital engagement platform that offers commenting and live blogs. It's a lightweight solution with lower prices than other, more fully-featured providers such a Viafoura and Disqus.

What Hyvor features do we support?

While Hyvor supports both commenting and live blogs, we only support the comments integration, hyvor talk.

For apps without auth, users can comment as a guest. We do not support login through the Hyvor UI. 

For apps with auth, SSO Hyvor requires us to hook up your auth system to their SSO capabilities.

Moving providers

If you're moving from another comments provider, Hyvor offers import functionality which can move both the comments and limited user information. This is detailed here, as well as the ability to match comments to SSO users, which comes at an extra cost. 

What we need from you

1. You need to create a Hyvor account. The Premium tier is sufficient.
2. Send the Site ID to Pugpig to configure, this is found on the Hyvor dashboard.
3. Add app domain & `localhost` to list of allowed domains in your Hyvor account.
