This document explains the various assets required for a smooth submission to the store including Apple Store Connect and Google Play console.


Distribution Services
If you are onboarding a new app then you will need to send us the following assets:

Tab group Icons:
Size: 85 by 85px
Background: Transparent 
Format: PNG

Toolbar image - 
Size: height: 128px 
Background:Transparent

App icon: 
Size:1024 x 1024
Format: PNG

Notification icon: 96 x 96

App Store Connect

In order to set up your App store Connect properly, you will need to go through the following list of things to do or alternatively, you can send this to us and we will upload it for you: 
 

App Store connect screenshots:

 - iPhone 6.5’ - the size of screenshots required: 1242 × 2688 
 - iPad - size of screenshots required: 2048 × 2732


App Store Connect - App Information section:

- Description (main description of the store)
- What’s New  in This Version
- Keywords
- Support URL
- Marketing URL
- Copyright

For any new app releases, please go through the entire ‘App information’ sections and fill in the required fields. This includes: ‘Primary category’, ‘Age ratings’, ‘Name’ and ‘Subtitle’. 

App Store Connect - App Privacy section:
You will need to ensure you add the ‘Privacy Policy URL’ and complete the Apple Privacy form. 

App Store Connect - Pricing and Availability section:
Please ensure you set up the pricing for the app. If your app is free then set the price to $0.00. You will also need to set up the availability for your app, based on which country the should have access to downlopad your app. 



Google Play Console:
In order to set up your Google Play Console properly, you will need to go through the following list of things to do or alternatively, you can send this to us and we will upload it for you:
Description:

- Main store listing
- Text we need from the client:
- App name - limit is 30 characters

-Short description - limit is 80 characters

-Full description - limit is 4000 characters

-App icon -  app icon must be a PNG or JPEG, up to 1 MB, 512 px by 512 px, and meet our design specifications and metadata policy
-Feature graphic - PNG or JPEG, up to 15 MB and 1,024 px by 500 px


Screenshots:
- Upload 2–8 phone screenshots. Screenshots must be PNG or JPEG, up to 8 MB each, 16:9 or 9:16 aspect ratio, with each side between 320 px and 3,840 px

-up to eight 7-inch tablet screenshots. Screenshots must be PNG or JPEG, up to 8 MB each, 16:9 or 9:16 aspect ratio, with each side between 320 px and 3,840 px

-up to eight 10-inch tablet screenshots. Screenshots must be PNG or JPEG, up to 8 MB each, 16:9 or 9:16 aspect ratio, with each side between 1,080 px and 7,680 px
 

Can we also please check all the requirements under Google Play Console > Click on the relevant app > App content & Policy Status is looked at & completed. For ‘Data safety form’, you may find this document useful.
